If you are working on a case and have completed a DASH which meets the criteria to be heard at MARAC, you should send the completed referral form to This will then be picked up and uploaded onto Sharepoint where it will be listed at the next available MARAC – you will be informed of when this will be. Please note the referral must be on the attached form – this is a set format that is a requirement for all agencies referring into MARAC.

Non-Molestation Order Services

non-molestation order form can be completed to apply for an order for a victim/ survivor.  

If you are supporting someone who is eligible for legal aid please contact Safe in Salford to access the free legal clinic.  The information the clinic will need is as follows:

  • details of the matter they wish to see us about;
  • the name of the other party so that we can conduct a conflict check;
  • their email/telephone number so that we can contact them in the appointment slot if they fail to attend in person;
  • confirmation that they do not already have a Solicitor/are already in proceedings;
  • details of any reasonable adjustments they require;
  • details of any welfare benefits they may be in receipt of. 

Further support for those facing court without representation may be accessed through Manchester's support through court service.
