MARAC
If you are working on a case and have completed a DASH which meets the criteria to be heard at MARAC, you should send the completed referral form to CSMARAC@salford.gov.uk This will then be picked up and uploaded onto Sharepoint where it will be listed at the next available MARAC – you will be informed of when this will be. Please note the referral must be on the attached form – this is a set format that is a requirement for all agencies referring into MARAC.

Non-Molestation Order Services
A non-molestation order form can be completed to apply for an order for a victim/ survivor.
If you are supporting someone who is eligible for legal aid please contact Safe in Salford to access the free legal clinic. The information the clinic will need is as follows:
- details of the matter they wish to see us about;
- the name of the other party so that we can conduct a conflict check;
- their email/telephone number so that we can contact them in the appointment slot if they fail to attend in person;
- confirmation that they do not already have a Solicitor/are already in proceedings;
- details of any reasonable adjustments they require;
- details of any welfare benefits they may be in receipt of.
Further support for those facing court without representation may be accessed through Manchester's support through court service.
