Understanding Adolescent Brain's and their owners
The adolescent brain learning package will review the evidence, refresh and revise knowledge about adolescent brain development and will offer delegates the opportunity to reflect on the implications of this for their practice.
- Define adolescence
- Refresh and revise together knowledge about the development of the adolescent brain
- Explore the positives and challenges of this
- Consider and explore the implications for practice
- Have an opportunity to make a personal/team plan for embedding learning into practice

It is important that you attend for the full course or learning outcomes may not be met. Please note that late arrival may result in you not being admitted to the course. Leaving early may result in not being given a certificate of attendance.
Salford Safeguarding Children Partnership is now charging agencies for staff who fail to attend if we are not informed of cancellation at least five working days before the course.
This includes participants who arrive late and are not admitted by the trainers or participants who on the day inform the trainers they need to leave early. The charge for this course would be £20 which would be requested after the course.
