The Government has provided updated advice on the Coronavirus. The advice is to stay alert and safe (social distancing) alongside the UK Recovery Plan.
The NHS guidelines say if you have coronavirus symptoms you should not leave your home, even to exercise, because self-isolation helps stop the virus spreading. For more information, read the NHS guidance on self-isolation.
